Dear Rohr Families,

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!  We are excited to see you all this upcoming school year.  In preparation for our student’s return, we have some updates to share with our community.

  • Class Placements: We will post 2022-2023 class lists on the front office windows Monday, July 18th, after 4pm.

  •

  • First Day of School: School starts Wednesday, July 20th and it will be a minimum day (8:15am-1:00pm).

  •

  • School Uniform Policy: Based on parent and staff survey data, school uniforms are optional.  If your child will not be wearing a uniform this school year, please complete a Uniform Exemption form online: https://forms.office.com/r/X9Gcw151A8Student’s without an exemption form will be expected to be in uniform while at school.

  •

  • Schoolwide Arrival & Dismissal Time:  All K-6 students will start school at 8:15am (Monday-Friday).  Our students will be dismissed at 2:45pm (Monday-Thursday) and 1pm (Friday).

Communication is essential to our children’s success.  Please be sure to follow Rohr Elementary School and your child’s teacher on Class Dojo.  It is also imperative that we have up to date contact information in our front office.  Throughout the school year there will be many opportunities to come together as a community and we want to make sure we can contact our families successfully.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our school office at (619) 420-5533. We are thrilled to kick off this year with you and cannot wait to see you all soon.

Warm regards,
