Shared Campus Updates

At the December 17, 2025, Board of Education Meeting, the Board of Education approved the relocation plan for Valle Lindo Elementary School as part of its upcoming campus modernization. The modernization project is scheduled to take place from July 2026 through July 2028.

As part of this plan, a portion of students and staff from Valle Lindo Elementary will be temporarily relocated to Fred H. Rohr Elementary School. Valle Lindo Elementary will continue to operate as its own school community, and students will not be integrated with those from Fred H. Rohr. Instructional programs, staffing, and school identity for both schools will remain separate.

The district has begun planning for the 2026–27 school year and is committed to providing additional support and resources to ensure a smooth transition for both school communities.

Shared Campus Model

  • Rohr and Valle Lindo will each continue to operate as their own school communities, sharing Rohr facilities.

Additional details regarding logistics, campus use, and daily operations will be shared in upcoming communications. The district's priority is to maintain safe and high-quality learning environments while minimizing disruptions for students, families, and staff.
